Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges for size or color

If an item doesn't fit or you would prefer another color, say so in your request.

Exchanges depend on stock, since our outlet collections rotate. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund under this policy instead.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Please include tags and original packaging when possible.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
